Andrea Davis has been a non-executive and independent Director since 2026. She is Chair of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee of Luxempart.
After ten years as Managing Director in Investcorp’s European Private Equity group and four years as Head of Corporate Strategy for Investcorp, Andrea is now serving on boards in a non-executive capacity and working with not-for-profit organisations that focus on supporting young people.
She is currently on the board of Modulr, a leading provider of embedded payments and payments services to organisations across the UK and Europe and Zacco, a tech enabled IP management firm, based in Copenhagen. She is Honorary Treasurer of Loughborough University and Trustee of Working Options, a charity with empowers young people by providing career opportunities and educational guidance.
She holds an MBA from London Business School and a BSc in Computer Science.
