Luxempart has recently been made aware of fraudulent communications involving the unauthorised use of its name, identity, trademarks and references to members of its organisation.
These fraudulent communications may be sent by email, telephone or other communication channels by individuals falsely claiming to represent Luxempart or to act on its behalf.
Fraudsters may use domain names and email addresses designed to create the false impression that they are associated with Luxempart. Such domains and email addresses are not authorised by Luxempart, have no connection with Luxempart and are being used unlawfully to impersonate the company and deceive recipients.
Examples of domain names that may be used for such fraudulent purposes include:
- client-luxempart.lu
- invest-luxempart.lu
- luxempart-investment.lu

The purpose of these fraudulent communications may be to:
- obtain personal, professional, banking or confidential information;
- encourage recipients to click on malicious links or open attachments;
- request payments, bank transfers or changes to banking instructions;
Please remain vigilant
Luxempart recommends that anyone receiving a communication claiming to originate from our organisation take the following precautions:
- Carefully verify the sender’s complete email address and the domain name used.
- Please note that legitimate Luxempart email addresses use only the official domain @luxempart.lu.
- Be particularly cautious of any other domain name, even if it contains the word “Luxempart” or closely resembles our corporate identity.
- Do not click on links or open attachments contained in unexpected or suspicious communications.
- Do not disclose passwords, login credentials, personal information, banking details or confidential documents.
- Do not make a payment or modify banking instructions solely on the basis of an email request.
- Do not reply directly to suspicious communications.
Luxempart will never request passwords, authentication credentials or other security information by unsolicited email and will never request unexpected transfers of funds without appropriate verification procedures.

If you receive a communication claiming to originate from Luxempart and have doubts regarding its authenticity, please do not respond, click any links or follow any instructions contained in the communication.
