Based in Luxembourg, you will join the French PE team (which is split across Luxembourg and Paris), focusing on originating and executing deals in France as well as following existing portfolio lines.
Your missions/learnings
You will be expected to work autonomously and demonstrate a fast-learning attitude. You will engage in a wide variety of tasks including:

Assisting the investment team with the analysis of potential investments: strategic analysis on markets, companies and competitors (using Capital IQ, Expert Networks, MergerMarket, AlphaSense, and other tools)

Contributing to all stages of the investment process, including drafting memos, building financial and valuation models, and supporting due diligence

Supporting the team in the monitoring and value creation initiatives for our current portfolio companies
Your profile

Currently enrolled in a top-tier business school or engineering school

Minimum of one meaningful previous experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Transaction Services, or Strategy Consulting

Native French speaker with excellent command of English

Outstanding analytical and quantitative skills.

Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

Ability to work independently and take ownership on your projects
