Sebastian joined Luxempart in 2014 to head its listed investment activities. Sebastian is currently a member of the supervisory board of Technotrans SE and a member of the board of directors of SNP Schneider-Neureither & Partner SE.
In the past, he served as member of the supervisory boards of Nanogate AG and Süss MicroTec AG.
Sebastian holds a Master’s degree in International Business Administration from the Worms University of Applied Sciences (Germany). He started his career in KPMG’s Corporate Finance team with a focus on M&A and Private Equity advisory and later worked as an investment manager for various family offices, focusing on investments in private mid-market companies in the DACH region.
Since 2004, Sebastian has been pursuing entrepreneurial public market investment strategies in small and mid-cap listed companies in the DACH region, the Benelux, Scandinavia, the UK, and France. He has substantial expertise across multiple sectors including advanced engineering, photonics, semiconductor equipment, specialty chemicals, electronics, healthcare, IT & IT services and automotive.
