Luxempart is an investment company listed on the Luxembourg stock exchange. It is active mainly in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and in Belgium where it manages a portfolio of listed and unlisted companies. Luxempart has also developed a Private Equity activity both directly and through Luxempart Capital Partners (LUCAP) and Indufin Capital Partners (ICP). The latter is specialised in capital development and in MBO and LBO operations. ICP is equally owned by Luxempart and the Belgian family holding company De Eik.

Luxempart's shareholding is essentially family-based and entrepreneurial. Luxempart aims at being a stable partner for both the shareholders and the management of its portfolio companies with which it entertains long-term partnerships based on trust and value creation.

Luxempart representatives have a seat on the boards of Foyer Group, SES, SEO, IEE, Paul Wurth, Utopia, Poweo, EUB, Atenor, DS Care, and Quip AG and meet with their management on a regular basis.

Luxempart's primary investment focus is on Media and Communications, Finance and Insurance, Energy, Real Estate Development, and Private Equity.

Thanks to active management focused on portfolio development, Luxempart has successfully pursued its policy of creating shareholder value since 1992.

Our ambitions

Luxempart supports the development of companies which are leaders in their field of activity.

It acts as a relay for local Luxembourg shareholders who want to take part, via its structure, in the development of both local and regional companies.

Luxempart creates value for its shareholders by, on one hand, investing for the short-term in companies to convert gains at the time of exit (for example, private equity) and, on the other, for the long-term to benefit from recurring revenue and plan for an exit at the time an opportunity presents itself.
